Title:prana yoga
Author:deepak
Description:prana yoga Article

Prana is basically power of life and means breath. The spirit of prana yoga is in gaining control over breathing. Thus prana also means life. As per yogic philosophy the air or breath is purely an entry to the prana-world and its expression in the body. Prana pierces the body during breathing and is passes to every cell through the circulatory system. All the living things in this Universe and the Universe itself consist of this power of life.

Breath is our own marvelous and real experience of life. Prana yoga emphasizes awareness of our breath and enables us to experience the connection between us and the Universe. We expose our true nature of harmony and happiness, as we follow breath ahead of our physical limits and active minds. Prana yoga is the best way to achieve yoga’s ultimate goal.
